Who can repair a tear in the leading edge?

Who is the best person on the Gold Coast, to see about repairing a tear (about 3cm long) on the leading edge of my kite? The bladder is not damaged but is sticking through when pumped up.

Call moti levy he is based at tweed or contact will Pringle if you need someone on the north end
